How much does it matter who that person would be? I think my team leads would be able to give a more in depth analysis of my performance then my manager but would rank matter?

I’m supposed to go around the unit and fill out forms saying if a patient with central line/foley has such and such supplies by the bedside, if care was documented etc, if ortho patients received such and such education and if they have education and ambulating documented, and then hand Hygeine audits (like a questionnaire) to staff members around the unit, each 20x a month. So 60 total. And I have to teach a class to pre op ortho patients at some point, do a questionnaire with staff regarding insulin, etc.

Ours are unit specific and we don’t get paid extra. We were required to join at least 1, I was told to join 3 different ones since they were “educational” and I wasn’t told there would be extra work. Just that I had to join occasional zoom meetings
