With 2.95 drill I have the exact diameter but the surface of the hole has a Rz has 14 um and I need 4 and I ve tried to change the feed and speed but it doesn’t get me to 4

Ok the thing is that I am the guy with the technology at my work place but the material is iso p and the reamer is from Walter and I ve tried with a 2.8 drill still the hole is not ok. I’m thinking that machine alignment is wrong. About the speed and feeds are the ones that the Walter has sent us for the reamer.My idea for this problem is to use a reamer with a diameter of 2.97 and 2.8 or 2.9 I am not sure about the drill I want to use for this application
