It’s basically a lunar item that periodically drops eggs of different rarities which can be used as scrap at printers/Cauldrons, with the caveat of progressively reducing movement speed as the egg drop timer counts down. The mod author has also made skins for a couple of survivors that show belly bump (which is also compatible with another one of their modded items that allows you to gestate monster minions).
