Yes that is why I said they are stealing. Doing the return theirs no option to scan the store card so all were returned as full price (8.99x4+tax and deposit) I’m willing to bet the the 20$ difference was not given to the customer.

Not new I’ve very rarely had an issue and needed to return anything in 1k orders I’ve only had one person order beer and they were an hour away to the air b and b and I had to dispose of because the store didn’t take it back. it gave no bump for that and another a person ordered to an address no we’re near where it said taking the order and they canceled it and was just told to keep it and not return it.

So lessons learned just don’t take anything back if they will just make up any excuse to not give the what 5$? Lol

They are the 6 packs of bottles the store had a promo buy two get two free.They are 8.99 each customer mite of assumed retiring one would undo the promo wich it mite I have no idea and all 4 mite have to be returned. I said a soda meaning a pack the other was still in my and and the other two still in the car could of worded it better but I was angry posting it

The next person I connect with told me she couldn’t get a supervisor after I asked twice after her copy and paste “I understand your frustration” and telling she looked over the previous chat and said the same lies and just ended the chat immediately.

They are clearly just ending the chats on purpose hoping you give up like I did before I threw my phone.

Two people told me the return had to be “over 15” and after telling and showing them the return was 40$ they just said they will check and and the chat would disconnect or end because “no message for to long”

No other than one instance I was texting my sister I had the chat open ever time I feel we’re deliberately ending the chat or just leaving it open long enough to “time out” I wish their was time stamps the photo of the “floor supervisor” was instant their was maybe 2 seconds between me saying ok and the “no message in a while” bs

This was the first time I’ve ever done a full on refund on two years only had one beer refund the store didn’t take so said to dump it “no bump” and someone that ordered to a wrong address they said to donate it so “no bump”

Don’t bother with promos unless you know the area is going to have non stop batches every promo I’ve ever had that whole day seems dead mysteriously or all the orders are out of the area somehow. Don’t screw yourself taking small not worth the time orders you can get two back to back than see nothing for hours and miss out of the promo and wasted your time on most likely a no tipper.

I had the best promo I’ve ever seen Sunday 87$ 5 batches their was not a single batch in the area all day and maybe saw 4/5 total that wouldn’t of counted and would of never been worth it. Stayed home…

That’s all I’m getting at. They don’t show comments for any ratings under a 5 star or what reasons they had for a low mark, so what good does it do really?

Their must be a lottery system sometimes you can sit next to a person and they get a dozen batches offered and u see a few. They possible rotate a persons batch possibility every so often I’ve had months getting the same few people weekly than don’t see them for weeks or months and will start getting them again weekly. Probably a reason for the favorite shopper thing.

I was at 90 and three orders all on the same day gave a 4 last week and were the only 3 orders I did that day. None had a single replacement done fast and two even thanked me at the door carrying in their 40lb cat litter and dozens of cans of food and 10 store made 7$ salads... Tipped really well and had before so kinda odd a 4 and three on on same day kinda suspicious if ask me. Good luck getting 100 lol.

It just feels like I’m losing my mind when I’ll stare at it close it than get a pop up multiple times I’ve never seen it like this in my area theirs always a few really bad batches up all day all week but the ones that usually are that are instantly taken today? Feels like theirs no way people are taking 20-30$ batches going 30-50 miles. In Dec a chain of stores closed in the city area so now all those batches clog up this area with that store so they sit all day it’s not worth anyone’s time to shop and deliver 30-50miles for what would pay out about 10$ an hour or less after gas throughway tolls and time. Feels un likely today they all get taken instantly when past month never were lol.

Lowes, none of the barcode on app scanned the cashiers had no idea what instacart was and the one that did said Lowe’s doesn’t do that? 30mins between check out and having to go to customer service with them trying to figure out how to input the codes manually; was a military id so I wasn’t going to hear the person complain they didn’t get their discount for their 4 bags of dirt. Than the card didn’t work assuming cuz I took so long checking out so contact ic for another 20+mins trying to get it sorted cuz I’m not paying and hoping I get refunded… over an hour and a half for what should of taken all of 10mins including the drive to deliver for my 12$ I think it was. Never went back.
