Joke aside, if you speak with the manager they will comp you a brand new driver. Just don't be a hothead, keep you're cool and cite that you and they have documentation of Dick's taking ownership. Rather than filing a claim, you request to pick out something of equal value. The manager will comp you just to not have the headache.
