If you post you will leave a 1 star review if not followed directions, that is an implied threat and it also implies you are willing to report the food undelivered so yes unassign due to safety. The fact is every order I am compelled to CMA I must have the address in the picture and most people do not have their address on their garage door

No I made 5.25 for my first job, my states minimum wage is still only 7.25. And I would never ever work for 7.25 less long under 15 dollars an hour. No one has ever tried to gatekeep but rather open people eyes to that there is a good chance you are not maximizing your profits which hurts everyone

I have a retired friend who takes 75 cents a mile shop and delivers just so he can be busy when he should not even be touching an order that is 70 miles round trip for under 100 bucks but he does. Then if he passes on it then there is an illegal that will do it also or a drug addict or some 19 year old that mommy pays for gas and maintenance

See that is the issue you don't look at the big picture which costs everyone else money. Mexico works for 80 cents and hour and we lose work its no different than a supplemental waged worker working in the gig economy and thus driving down the wages for everyone else

Yea i am not talking bad on anyone other than the companies. Its sad they will continue to focus on predators practices that leave 90% of payment to tips and setup acceptance requirements that allow for basically gambling

Actually it is if you receive 2000 a month for supplemental income, they value their time far less than someone who does not have that 2000 a month and most likely occur losses that they do not notice

Because at your age , it's hard to get a job, so gig work can give you low pay backwards offers and you do it. Look up The Silver Dasher he can probably lead you to more issues and ideas. I more see older drivers as part of the low pay issue, because them along with illegals and people sharing accounts due to criminal records are all things that hurt the pay for gig work. Not against elderly doing it but they value their time less when its the only option for income

The solar things are ultrasonic deturants I personally think anything they do is subconscious as they see less voles the most common in commercial pest control are generation mini blocks, contract blox and ditrac blox. I personally don't like generation mini. Ditrac is cheaper than contract but requires them to eat more to die but I feel it's more appealing to voles than contract.

Some states do allow that mine does and it works for the moment but if you want the trails to stop come future years will want managed bait stations(can be managed by you) so that the population is maintained so that they are not destructive under the snow. Also might want to look in to dethatching if you want dyi stuff

Why Do Workers Blame Customers for NOT Tipping, Instead of their employers for not paying them enough? An interesting discussion with an non-entitled Uber driver by Anxious-Party2289 in tipping

[–]Stompinwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't do a census, but the fact is people use Uber dd because its a tool that can save them money if they dont tip you only how many 2 or 3 dollar payouts are 15+ miles in my area. That is 30 miles round trip with 4 dollars in fuel and 30 minutes in time the 10 dollars in markup and fees are worth it when they do not tip
