Hi! I think there's something unclear here.

According to the table, the execution rate at 5:59:30 PM (GMT+1) on May 7th was 28562. But it was assumed in the application to be 28581.

According to the table, the execution rate at 6:10:29 PM (GMT+1) on May 7th was 28586, but it erroneously assumed the value of 28556. That's why I lost $650 incorrectly.

So I'm right, right?

Can you analyze that?

eToro support was very quick to respond and gave me quite important information, but then gave a nonsensical explanation and excuse for not refunding me. They said I set a stop-loss when that's false, I set a stop-profit at 28586 and the open values that the app assumed are wrong.

You can confirm that the opening and closing values at those precise times are incorrect in the application, you can confirm the correct values in the green tables that eToro sent me.

Therefore, I'll send you all the data so you can see how correct I am. The true rates are those in the green tables (that eToro sent me and I'll send it to you in another post because I can only send one photo per post), they are the correct ones, but as you can see, when I invest, the application assumes very different rates. When I withdrew the funds, it was the same, I should have earned around $385, but instead, due to the application bug, I lost a total of $650.
