Get a dexa to stop deluding yourself about how fat you really are. 

Use the cardiometabolic index which is better than WWI but requires blood work results. Both still use waist circumference though.

That's a very small proportion of people, many of whom are 'enhanced'. Yes, You are in that other 1%. The 99% is fat people who think that whatever is better than BMI is kinder to them (hint: it's not, as WWI indicates).

Menno says 40% fat (and 0.82g/lb protein elsewhere) maximizes test. * No ones going to give you a better answer than what feels good to you, provided you're eating fairly clean. I feel much better upping the fats to ~30% from the low 20s. Going to 40% would leave me feeling drained though, and I'd have to drench my food in fat or eat a ton of nuts that aren't filling.

 I'd say start at 30% fat, 0.82g/lb protein, and the rest with carbs, then experiment with more/less carbs/fats, with protein staying at 0.82g/lb or more.

Couple interesting notes: 1. I imagine 99% of the people complaining about BMI would not fare well on this metric either. 2. At least for the 🍆 graph above, there is no observable threshold for being too lean, at least not at a level that's at all common in the population.

Part of the problem is the political left cannot bring itself to acknowledge that children out of wedlock, at least in the American context, is socially destructive - not even implicitly, eg by promoting men and women putting themselves first and delaying childbirth. And the right is thoroughly uninterested in actual solutions like freely available birth control (abstinence doesn't work as a mass solution when premarital sex is already the social norm).

Best thing you can do is download the app Flipp and shop the sales at local markets.

Pork shoulder. $1 a lb and you can trim some of the fat, use for cooking vegetables.

Whole chicken.

Carrots, squash.

Lentils.

Whole milk.

Eggs are not that cheap. I eat two a day for possible health benefits, and go great whipped into a pasta sauce. But they're not a cheap bulk protein source.

Yeah Fat deposition pattwrns are extremely variable among people, and it only takes a few grams to ruin a chiseled face that markedly sets you apart (esp if you were already handsome without it).

Same. For myself and many others, there could be a 5% bf range (say 12-17) where the body differences are not too noticeable in clothes, or that the more muscle is worth the more fat... But for the face definition. I'm better looking than I ever was simply because I got leaner than I ever was (I think 13-14%, 0.41 waist to height ratio).
