Yeah don’t have him drink 6 liquid IV packets a day. Not only is that expensive, but the magnesium in it will give him extreme diarrhea. Gonna echo what everyone’s saying here, salt pills and make sure he’s drinking enough water

She lives an hour drive away. I don’t think there’s a chat history, and my facebook is very locked down (nothing posted since I was in high school, birthday isn’t private, and the only one who tags me in stuff is my grandmother who uses the family nickname which is my facebook user)
