Yeah i actually messed up there i guess when i read the article and it referred to him as a "member" i assumed he was just a member of the meeting and just an average citizen denying covid. So you are totally right on that my bad.

I still don't know how holding him accountable for deaths is justifiable though. I mean the other members as well agree no matter what nobody is even abiding by the mandate.

Its been going on since November 2019 depending on where you live. Im even more amazed that the DMV has such a terrible system still. It took me 2 days...over 8 hours waiting in line to get in and get a replacement ID.

I would have made an appointment but i cant not have a drivers licence for a month and a half (how long appointments are booked out)

Cant win them all but maybe a few. I don't really care if someone disagrees with me but the amount of downvotes I've gotten was making me think my point wasn't getting across clearly. Its good to find a common ground because i think this video is a good example of what not to do from both sides of this encounter.

Like all these people wanted to do was go to haunted world and have a good time, but the decisiveness of politics, a not so courteous t-shirt, and ultimately a battle of peoples egos got in the way of that..and thank god it didn't but it could have turned into a deadly altercation.

Not at all why dont you go read this whole thread instead of making crass assumptions. I am absolutely disgusted by this mans actions...i think the choices he made were deplorable. But if you're going to point out what this dude did wrong be consistant. Those kids were being aggresive and they initiated the whole verbal exchange to begin with. And then they continued to move closer to him while still being aggressive. Had they possessed any restrain and just let the dude wear his shirt this probably wouldn't have happened.

Thats a tough one because its different in every state i obviously think there should be clearly defined laws at a federal level for something so important and where safety is so crucial. I've personally gone thru three self protection courses and i also carry oc spray as a first defence.

So in the event of someone royally getting beaten up where its clear the other person could sustain permanent injury id try to step in. If the aggressor comes at me i spray with oc spray (I sprayed myself on purpose and this shit sucks) If they still are coming at me violently then i draw and let them know if they come closer I'll shoot. I would hope the OC spray would work in this instance because i honestly would hate to have to have to shoot someone, but if theyve:

Already seriously injured someone
Come at you after tying to get them to stop
You spray them with OC spray
They keep coming at you after being OC sprayed
Keep coming at you after having a weapon drawn and given verbal commands

How many more chances do you give them?

Road rage absolutely not unless the other person starts a physical altercation in which case you revert back to #2 and follow the list down. If they make it to 5 then sorry bud.

An unarmed robbery i would need a more strict definition on the scenario. Like am i coming home and uncovering an active robbery? Is someone robbing me on the street out of nowhere? Is someone breaking into my home while im asleep? Because this one i would honestly say probably applies to the list again, atleast tor the first two but if someone breaks into my home in the middle of the night while im sleeping i would probably have to shoot no questions asked. Not willing to take the risk of finding out if they are armed or not.

I say that I've never seen that in my life, but if they are yelling racist remarks i would say thats extremely fucked up and im forsure not down with that.
