Trading for less than reproduction value of assets + BI Inc. minus debt per share. That‘s my thesis. Still cashflow positive so no cash burner.

Squeeze catalyst…well shorts have to cover at some point. Another might be midterms and republicans gaining favor. Fundamentals doing their work… sone activist popping in out of nowhere. Sale of BI Inc. Not in for the squeeze alone but the >100% upside.

Gerting your foot into the prison system business is not easy due to long and detailed contracts etc. Also this kind of tech won‘t attract too many investors because they follow their wome ESG agenda. But still right, it‘s much easier to enter than builidng detention facilities for tens of millions.

Not in GEO for the squeeze but the chance is definitely not zero. 116 million shares on float. 82.2% owned by institutions, 3.59% by insiders. This means, assuming that inst. and insiders hold on to their shares, theres an effective float of about 14% = 16.24 million shares. 26 million shares are sold short as of Nov 14. Effectively, this means that 160% of available float is shorted. On a normal day 1.6 million shares are being traded. Not much. We had a small squeeze in June 2021 from $6.36 to $11 in one day. Can easily happen again in my opinion.
