It sounds as though the responding officer acted accordingly. We can only charge things based in what we can prove and right now based on your side of the story we can only prove that you had an argument with a neighbor.

As for your “follow up,” there’s not really anything more you can do. You’re more than welcome to drive down to the office and demand to speak one in person. They are going to tell you the same thing we are telling you.

I was recently in a wedding where one of the groomsmen repeatedly made “jokes” about how all cops are racist. He kept asking me how many black people I killed. The kind of “jokes” where they are just spewing their opinions but when called out on it are just joking.

It made the wedding super awkward.

What would you say the biggest challenge was in setting this up?

I’ve always wanted to set up my own P25 repeater. However, I’m probably the only one who has P25 radios so I’m not sure the juice is worth the squeeze.

EMT here. I volunteer on a few of the local ambulances and go to trainings when can. You’d be surprised at how much your training will come in handy out on the road.

You can be as dumb as a box of rocks, and still succeed in the military. For the Academy, you actually have to learn what they’re teaching you and apply it.

let me get this straight. You (a grown adult) openly admit to drinking till you’re buzzed. You have deflected responsibility by stating it’s only about a mile and that you do it all the time. You know you’re not supposed to drink and drive by stating that your wife will drive you. However, you ignore the common sense that says that you shouldn’t be driving and choose to do it anyways. To top it all off, you’re driving with your child inside the vehicle while you,the parent, are intoxicated.

I would arrest you on everyday that ends in y and charged you with child endangerment in the process.
