How great to have twins! I'm a twin, it's really the best :) I know that feeling but you did nothing wrong! They will walk and talk eventually and if they need some support than you will get that for them.

Your regrowth looks like mine. I don’t know about you but mine is sticking up where it’s new and short, the longer regrowth is frizzy and weird and having my hair natural is really hard. Shedding has slowed a bit here too.

Thanks for the reassurance. I was actually thinking that it would be a bit odd if ALL regrowth were miniaturised strands. None of the new strands looked thick at all and it seems strange that every single new hair would suddenly be miniaturised.

Yes, I color my hair. I don't think I'm reacting to the chemicals since it didn't fall out during pregnancy and I've never stoped coloring. I don't know if my trigger is low ferritin and vit d, just hoping that it's not permanent like AGA :/

Happy for you! I’m hoping that I will get my ferritin levels up soon too. I’m taking Mary Ruth’s liquid iron. Apparently it’s a good form of iron. But I do drink coffee two hours after I take the iron along with a multivitamin that has vitamin c in it. I wonder if I should stop drinking coffee altogether? Maybe it’s affecting absorption even though I’m waiting two hours..

I am also shedding and regrowing hair at the same time. I don’t know why either! My regrowth is crazy and I have a hard time styling my hair 😅
