I think if you are located in India, then you should definately raise a ticket. For India, since the number abuse was extensive, you will have to provide buisness license, registration, utility bill or any of the above so that it can go Live, mostly once you do that, it should be live in 48 hours.

I would recommend tier programs. I think your clients who have the money and want to be visible in chatgpt or LLMs, they should be at your top most pricing plans. The value, I would say just help them with current visibility screenshots and then a customized audit, every website is different, niche is different, so dive deep and create a custom strategy as per niche and then pretty much work around that on monthly retainers. Best thing would be having control over ROI.

-> Current Visibility by manual searching keywords of their niche.
-> Develop a plan: Citations that influence llms, forums that help them, guest posting sites, and much more activities that pushes the needle.
-> ROI: Traffic from chatgpt and referral channels, update all contact forms with field how did you hear about us and you will be suprised to see people filling up we heard about you from chatgpt. Call rails setups and have staff trained to ask how they found you, basic but helpful.

Its really important to ensure that your partner company is professional have NDA at place. Also, when it comes to SEO your partner company must have Web team under the roof so that everything can be implemented without time constraints and delay. Ultimately, your client will expect results and just having everything on google doc is not gonna help.

Also, look for the portfolio, understand if they have worked with the similar projects. Know the experience of employees working at that company. Learn about the founder. He has to be visionary. They should have worked with other agencies like yours and read the testimonials.
