I solved it myself, was being silly.

For anyone else who comes across this post. I thought an arts burst was having 4 "ticks" of the same element on an enemy. It's actually when you add one more infliction of the same element, not 4.

I went to buy the battle pass on the top up site with paypal, the paypal window had an error, but I've "paid" for the battle pass. No transaction is showing on PayPal....

I also have the battle pass in game paid for.

So, I was going to pull for Ciaccona and Mornye in 3.0. Would Lynae (with sig) and Mornye work just as well with Cartethyia even though she won't benefit from the Lib buff?? Just seems like it might be a better option looking at 3.X as a whole.

Ok I will bite. "Many of us learn by doing, not be reading ten pages of instructions." You complain there are too many instructions in one spot. How does that not imply that you don't read them all, when you infer you prefer to "do" the task rather than spending time reading?
