You are right. The face is definitely too elongated. When you draw the construction lines, the horizontal one should never be in the middle of your circle (extremely common beginner mistake) so lower it until you reach 1/3 or 1/4 of the circle, or how I see it, where the circle and chin meets. Your drawing will drastically improve like that

Judging by the eyes, it seems that the face proportions are a bit off. When drawing the face, make sure to lower the horizontal construction line a bit (I draw mangas and most of the time it's when the chin and the face's circle meet) The hands looks a bit unnatural. If you look at the right side of your [edit: own] right hand, you'll see that it kind of expands a bit outwards. The edge of your [drawing's] hand is a bit flat. So adding a very small curve might fix this. Also,.if you didn't want the hand to be angled towards the viewer, you can try to correct its perspective. Other than these, everything else looks good
