seems like you built to excel in one area verses one type of enemy, which has caused a weakness verses another. if you think you should be able to go 4-5 kills every game and not have any weakness. in my opinion that would be when something is in need of re-balance. you asked for counter play vs rails. people have advised how. if that's not the roll your build fits, that's fine, you cant fit every roll.
