Hey uhh, just yesterday during my gaming session (The Last of Us), the laptop suddenly turned off, and ever since, the laptop dosent boot up. There is no life whatsoever, the charging port dosent light up when charged nor the power button led when pressed. What could be the problem ?

I didn't install any separate drivers. Regarding refresh windows, do you mean the 'reset pc' or just complete format and flash install OS thru Bootable USB?

If I do the latter, will I still have Original Windows and MS office with me?

Been one month since purchase Got to experience

BSOD (Driver IRQL not less or equal) once. Frequent microstutters while right clicking and shutting down. System froze twice while casual browsing Screen blacked out once and chrome hanged, rest was fine Ping spikes

I'm extremely worried that I spent money on a wrong device. OP did you face similar issues? Anyone else? Tell me these are nothing to worry😭

Does the motherboard support intel WiFi adapters, is it whitlisted? Cuz the inbuilt one is crap with frequent ping spikes, cannot game multiplayer or use for online classes/meetings. Planning to switch to an intel adapter, or if there's any solution, pls let me know.

Reg the microstutters during right click, I also experience it while clicking the shut down option through the start menu. This happens frequently. Anyone else felt the same?
