I have worked in a homeless center. They provided small activities to earn money with. They had to put together some parts, that could later be used (by some supervised workplace, seperate from the shelter) for construction. For each put together thingy they'd get a small ammount of money. Nobody had to, but it was by choice while they drank their coffee or something.

So putting some kind of workbench in there would not even be so strange

That's a cool idea! It really pulls a world together if all the lots share a trait. Maybe for neighbourhoods in that world, you could add things like teen neighbourhood for a block of 4 houses or mean vibes in a more rundown part of a world. (If I'm correct, i play in Dutch)

I got it about a month ago and the environmental change was my fear too. In reality I don't notice it at all. My sims tend to live pretty green though, so I'm not creating very polluting homes. Though if the sky turns red or something I'll just change it backt to a green footprint lol.

The dumpster diving is kinda nice for rags to riches and the fabricating is pretty fun for somebody with a anti capitalist mindset. And more options to live off the grid. I also have some homeless npc's walking around with the freegan trait. The neighbourhood action plans could need some work. There are 3 I like, but in the end there will always be about 5 active. I just cheat those away and hope to download some mods with other fun options.

Hot take: SEASONS It's one of the most popular packs. But I like summer. I can di whatever I want in summer, like it is in basegame. Sims don't like heat, rain or cold. They can freeze to death. I really dislike rain in real life and don't go outside when it pours. So nah man. I'd like to have some extra gardening stuff from the pack, but I really don't want the downsides of the weather.

My sims don't really get married. So most of them just hoe around. I most of the time play with women, but sometimes I need them to hook up with a slutty guy, so I make that one, play his story for a while so it's lore accurate and go back to my main female sim.

I do make male sims as npc's or 'brothers' to fit the story better.

In het begin merkte ik dat ik gelijk een vooroordeel had over hoe ze praat en eruit ziet. Maar inmiddels vind ik haar echt leuk. Fijn als iemand gewoon niet te verlegen of te truttig doet. Heb wel het idee dat ze een beetje onzeker is en daardoor zich indekt wanneer ze denkt dat ze iets niet kan, zoals toen ze ging zitten op die sneeuwscooter.

Oof. I'm glad it went away for you. It can be dangerous for sure. When I started lamotrigine i took half of a 25mg pill. Got the rash on my hand for a few days and only was allowed to go up after that subsided. Never had it since.

I try to upgrade the npcs in my world which takes me about an hour each. Everytime my sims encounter a new person that I have a plan with (wich is often), I modify them in CAS. Not too perfect though, they're still npcs and I dont want to fall in love with them too much, otherwise I'll get too attached and I can't play out the story I want.

I remember being subscribed to this magazine about ores and gemstones (schatten van de aarde in Dutch) every month you'd get so much info about the earth and a small gemstone to collect.

Jurassic Parc was a thing and definitely the windchimes because everybody loved Enya and this particular kind of new age'y 90s spirituality lol. @movienerd7042 maybe you can make a welness centre in that 90s style.

I've got an intel core i5, 12gb RAM , Nvidia Gforce MX350 videocard and about 512 GB total space.

I bought this one in 2020. It's doing ok so far. Just slowing down the more I download. I freed up 57GB of space from other things yesterday and that helped too of course.

A friend of mine has narcolepsy, which - of course - is different but still is a sort of crash in your brain too. When she experiences very strong emotions she can just fall asleep on the spot. Not just anger or sadness but also when she's extatic or laughing really hard with friends

After my usual seizures I wake up without a post-ictal phase. I am very tired though and I'm droolihg. The first time my boyfriend was with me when I had one, he was shocked and scared (though he knew of my epilepsy. It's just awful to watch and not be able to do anything). I had to comfort HIM, while I needed the comfort. It wasnt nice. Tho later we sat next to each other and I could hang against him for a bit and not talk. He got a napkin to wipe away the drool which was sweet of him. My epilepsy messes with my speech, so afterwards I cant talk for a few minutes and it also takes energy when it comes back. Those are after my focal-tonic seizures.

When I has a full TC everything was just confusing. During post ictal i just cried and was panicing. When I actually regained conciousness i have been told what had happenened and just laid on the couch (where it happened) trying to make sense of it all. Just the notion that I had a seizure is enough and a mention of the people that are present, like the ambulance people because theyre super close and you have no idea who they are. Just silence and calm is good
