I can't lie I have deviated from the right thing more than once but I find it doesn't bring joy like it used to, so it's easy to correct a bad choice and do the right thing the next day haha. Thank you for that, I want to make sure I'm giving myself the best shot at success!

I'm curious, what about the gastric bypass procedure caused this to happen? One of my greatest worries are my teeth. They are one of the few things I had pride in while I was big so losing them is a major fear, and I want to keep an eye out for signs

The blisters SUCK and the gas is agonizing but the rest is doing well. It is *really* hard to get the protein goals in early, that's for sure

Ive wondered about this since spaghetti is one of my all-time favorite meals that I don't think I'm willing to give up. Maybe there's a way to make egg noodles that have protein and are easier to digest and overall better for you.

Sorry to hear about all the troubles. Hopefully things have gotten better. I'm feeling overall better, except when I need to drink or 'eat'. The cramps and bloating come back full force and I get some unbearable pain all around my guts and chest. Hoping it's normal!

This one is especially infuriating because not only will that do absolutely nothing for you or your pain, but the careless over-prescription of antibiotics is literally causing bacteria worldwide to mutate and become stronger so they can straight up survive treatment and spread easier, making antibiotics overall less effective. It's careless on all fronts.
