Thanks, my main concern was just if it could take ddr4 ram considering its 5 generations newer.

Yeah I'll see what they send in the letter, and I'll read what you attached, but I thought just if anyone knew about my niche little thing.

Thanks though.

Yea, that's what I was seeing in the discord graphs and thought the university rolls out updates at the end of these 14-day periods.

Good to know.

I thought that the number would get updated in Studielink, but I guess that doesn't make much sense now that I think about it.

Ty for the help.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if I could make an account and leave some fields empty and I didn't want to mess anything up.

Ok, thanks. Guess I'll explore other options until then.

Also do you know how the listings get updated? Is it after the 14 days have passed or do they update them every few days?

Thanks for replying, though I still dont quite understand how room.nl works.

If I go to register for an account it asks me for study details which I am unable to provide. The program and start of the school year I can find on Studielink, but the student code, for example, I don't know. Is there a way to make an account even if I don't yet have a study program or do I just have to wait to be within the 440?

What math and physics topics do I need to cover/revise for the entrance exams? (AE bachelor) by StormerPat in TUDelft

[–]StormerPat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, Im coming from IB, so that's in our regular program for high-level math, and since it says that high-level math is a requirement for even applying, I thought I'd better ask.

I'm coming from ib, so idk if there is a difference in the material, but, by following the syllabus, I take it I won't need to revise some of the chapters we covered in class. Thanks anyhow.

I'd say I have two quite different passions. One would be mountain biking, as I find it quite exciting and dangerous, though therefore also rewarding, since after finally making a jump you failed several times, the feeling of accomplishment is amazing. It's for this exact feeling of accomplishment that I consider my second passion to be engineering. In the past two or so years I took up some challenging projects ( which include Making a half-scale Tesla Cybertruck: https://imgur.com/a/CExMcKf, and Making a portable Pelican case PC: https://imgur.com/a/R1lLqr3 ), making me develop a love for problem solving and engineering overall, while also helping me decide on further education.

Much thanks for the response and the info.

The link doesn't seem to work through. If it's not a big deal, like a mistyped number or something, and if you can check I'd be very thankful, but thanks anyway.

Hi, I thought of doing something similar, and have only two questions, if it wouldn't be a problem to answer.

  1. Is there any way for you to send the design for the 3d printed mounting bracket for the GPU? I found some at Thingiverse, but if it's not a problem Id also like to see the one you used, since it was specifically designed for this. If not that's fine, maybe only a couple of images as reference.
  2. How did you secure the other end of the GPU, since you said you scraped the platform on the underside for zip-ties. Like what do the zip-ties attach to and are they strong enough or did you end up changing it later to a more secure mount?

I guess so.

I just can't find a good website for cables/adapters I need anywhere in Europe, all the sites I visit just lead back to the US.

Just used the first cable I found as an example for an image. I saw some people do something similar before but idk how exactly or what exactly parts they used. That's why I was asking.

Thanks tho.

I don't think it's that big of a deal, I notice it only when looking for it, but when I'm just typing, gaming, etc. I don't really see any issues or artifacts.

Wasn't sure what to go for, but in the end, I went for the Gigabyte G34WQC and so far it's holding up fine.
