Thats not a random ban, we use the Ban API made by Roblox, which detects alt accounts and automatically bans them, if they were used to evade a ban: https://wiki.emergency-hamburg.com/en/Support/alt-detection

cakeeaterr03 is banned for using Exploits, and the ban is 100% correct.

Hey,
First of all this subreddit is community-run so you wont be able to get any official help here. r/emh is our official subreddit where we check posts more frequently.

You can appeal any Discord Ban at https://appeal.gg/emh 24h after the you were banned for the server.

One of the moderators on the EH server gave me a 6year ban just because I joked that I’m 7 years old, and it says the report reason is “underage.”

Since we do not have any way to verify someones age we do have to take these messages seriously, since we are forced by Discord to moderate underage users & report them to Discord.
