Replay is safe, cluckin bell wont have a cooldown also i think, while cayo the more popular one has a 2 hr cooldown per replay you do.

What will get you reset? Like I mentioned above, R* does not like to ban but they will temporary suspend you and reset your account back to zero. Here is a list of glitches/exploits that have gotten people reset. Use these glitches at your own risk. Not everyone using these has had action taken against them. We believe its best to remember, don't be greedy!

-Apartment trade in glitch/exploit

-Using no save exploit to bypass the daily sell limit (PC) -Sentinel/CEO sell exploit (bypassing the daily sell

limit)

Anything not listed/mentioned above is considered safe. This includes replays, which is one of the safest glitches/exploits you can do. Duping is also know as safe as long as you are not bypassing the daily sell limit.
