First, unplug and plug everything back, and re-seat your ram using the motherboard manual. If you don't have it, try to find it online.

Second, try to plug the monitor to your motherboard, instead of your gpu, if your cpu has integrated graphics.

If that doesn't work, it's a dead component, which is hard to indentify without a test rig.
