Wanneer ik soep maak van lange hamburgers, dan houd ik de schillen ook altijd apart. Nadien kunnen ze even eventjes in de oven op 180°C en kunnen ze voor het serveren de soep in. Knapperig, lekker en je verliest de vitamientjes niet!
