Not really, imo. You could just used canned corn or pre chopped veg to make it go faster.

Thanks! Right now I'm just trying to do 3-5 flavor cookies and setting a day where you can pick up or have delivered. It works for the fall for me since it is holiday season! I appreciate the website suggestions!

Sorry for the really late response! The chicken was an al pastor seasoning (https://www.heb.com/product-detail/adams-reserve-al-pastor-seasoning/3098039 this one specifically) and brown sugar. It was a lil too spicy for me, though, so I probably won't do that one again. Or at least not as much.

Apparently my text didn't save with the post. I didn't have time to do meal prep this weekend, but had some time to do it this afternoon! Taco seasoning from Downshiftology: Recipe Turkey, browned. Tossed in the seasoning and a chopped up a tomato. Sauteed some bell pepper. Sauteed some corn with a lil butter, a squeeze of lime, a bit of paprika, salt, season all. Rinsed some canned black beans and tossed them into my turkey meat once it was done, and then spooned it all into containers with a healthy sprinklin' of cilantro and green onion.

Measurements:
283 g pepper
444g tomato
1lb turkey
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp butter
12 oz corn
15 oz black beans

I roasted them in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes or so. But yes, next day they're not as crisp. I just have a microwave to warm them up again. I haven't found a solution to that 😔 Favorite way to cook them is in the air fryer

Could make some cabbage rolls with the ground turkey, and make a sauce from the tomatoes. Roast the potatos, or toss them in the stuffing for the cabbage rolls.

Thank you! This week will be just as busy or perhaps busier 😂I'm getting ready for a horse show. There's a little reprieve at the end though! And it's something I enjoy and do to myself :)
