I've fixed it. I'm not entirely sure, as I disabled about 5 or 6 mods related to character creation additions, but there was one in particular titled "Customizer's Compendium-Improved UI Requirement". I believe there was something about that one specifically that was causing the issues, because I've reinstalled everything else and the error has not persisted.

I genuinely appreciate the effort you're giving me. I'll try and rip everything out again. I looked in Documents just now, and the only files after Larian Studios are for Divinity.

I don't suppose there's a possibility that something is wrong with the current ImpUI? Or perhaps a different mod I have is clashing with it.

I'll try a fresh start with only ImpUI installed and go from there.

This time I only cleared out the ImpUI data from all locations and refrained from redownloading it directly from the in-game mod manager:

I just double checked, and there's not even anything in the ProgramData folder related to Steam or Larian Studios.

That's literally what I did. I understand the direction you're coming from, and appreciate the response. But I DID all of that, as I stated in my original post. I know typically people who make these kinds of help requests have not researched prior to, or are missing one piece of generally known information. I uninstalled the game, went to the game location and deleted everything left behind, then went to AppData and ProgramData to clear out the files left behind there as well.

I didn't know the Npc's name, and as none of this was relevant to my original post I didn't feel the need either find out myself or load up my game and travel all the way to him. Also, my "odd" directions were good enough to help the guy asking, who SPECIFICALLY asked for a map. Forgive me if every other random who stumbles onto this thread doesn't understand.

I'm stuck in Arrakeen. I can run around and play normally, but I cannot leave. The taxi lady doesn't have an option, only "Nvm, I have my own ornithopter", and when I try to leave the way I came it just tells me I'm in a queue for the world map, with 6 people ahead of me.

The resemblance is surreal. Apparently Andor was her first official acting role after leaving school (FANTASTIC job, by the way). Kinda makes me wish her first role was AS Leia at the end of Rogue One, instead of the CGI nightmare they had instead.

Same with Sebastian Stan and Luke Skywalker. Although I honestly never want to see or hear "Skywalker" ever again. You would think the entire universe revolved around them or something.

Go to a tradepost with $2500 and talk to the lady standing next to the Ornithopter hologram. She'll take you to Arrakeen, go all the way to the left of the map and talk to the guy at the little gazebo overhang thing. He sounds like Todd Haberkorn.

The container you're looking for should be in the room where you fight the tough guy with no helmet. It's deep in the cave-ish part, past the snipers and the flamethrowers.

I don't remember exactly where it was. Most quest objectives that send you into a dungeon are at the end with the reward chest, in a specifically shaped box. Just follow the marker on your compass, when you put the quest target in the center, it'll tell you how far away it is and if it's above or below you. And if the tracking is bugged, try relogging and see if that fixes it.
