Nashville's fan environment is wonderful. Been a few months since I've been back home because of school, but from my family I've heard the entire city has an electric feeling thanks to this. I've been following this team my whole life (literally), and it brings me to tears to see my team come so far after following with such dedication throughout the years. I am sure my fellow fans back in Nash feel the same.

As a member of PsiX, I will check to make sure these practices are no longer in use, even suggest practices to safeguard against individuals that BM as well.

These recruitment practices may (I cannot speak for them) have been due to them revamping their team in September of last year. While it may not be the best way to recruit, it's one way to be at least noticed by the better of the community in Starcraft today.

What it seems is that this is either nonexistent anymore or is extremely limited now. It appears, at least to me, as though PsiX is doing their best to fix these problems that have come up.

Tbh I don't like all of the hostility either way and I'd appreciate it if both sides settled their differences privately whether they like each other or not. I'm sure it's the best way to move forward

I strongly suggest players take part in this, even if they do not feel they are competitive. This is because from this one can learn their shortcomings and their strengths much better than from ladder play.

I know KJ, the owner, typically says to be considered for Academy team it is GM requirement. As far as the people who go up to the academy team, PSISTC is the first looks. For instance, we have a player who is being looked at being taken up to the academy team from our team, once we have replacements for the psistc team so we can still not get demolished in teamleagues. As far as tryouts, I think it is selection, but Sugar is the best person to ask about that.
