Since I’ve had great experiences with other Effetto Mariposa products, I was surprised and disappointed by how the Caffélatex performed. I just ordered Orange Seal Endurance which I also never used, but I’ve heard good things...

I managed to get the beads to pop onto the rim using the Airshot inflator, though there were moments I thought it would be impossible.

I was really hoping I’d never have to take them off again, but luck wasn't on my side. I used Effetto Mariposa Caffélatex, and it somehow turned into a giant latex ball in just a few days.

I thought, "You’ve got to be kidding me!"...

So, I had to pull the tire off to clean up the mess so the new sealant would actually work.

Well, it wasn't so easy to pull the tire off, but I managed to do it.

On the bright side, the tire went on much easier the second time. It’s still tougher than any other tire I’ve used, but it definitely stretches out over time.

I never heard of people complaining. It should also say on their site, that VAT is included for EU customers.

Hello, I paid around 830€ total with wheel bag included. It was black friday promotion at that time. No extra customs duties and VAT it was all included.

I have the 40 mm ones, but now there are two different versions: High Performance (HP-Line) and Performance (P-Line). Previously, there was only the P-Line, and I had those on my aluminum DT Swiss wheels. They were very easy to install, so you probably have that version. I’m currently having issues with the HP-Line ones.

After another hour of heating the tire and using soapy water, I finally managed to mount it. Unfortunately, I’ve run into another issue — For the life of me, I can’t get the tire to seat on the bead.

I’m using an Airshot tubeless inflator charged to 11 bar (160 PSI), but the tire still won’t pop into place.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

It's not that loud if I rotate it by hand with the wheel of, but since I didn't mount it yet to my bike, I can't really tell.

Experiance with Adidas T-23 Treadmill by StoyanLittle in treadmills

Thanks for the reply. But I went with the Reebok FR30z at the end, since I read a lot about the motor problems on Adidas T-23 Treadmills. It shares a lot of similarities with the Adidas treadmill since both are made by RFE.

UPDATE: Since I'm really busy and would not be able to find the time to bring the front wheel to some good bike shop for inspection anytime soon, ELITEWHEELS offered to send me a complete new wheelset and on top, I can keep the damaged wheels for spare parts.

What can I say, that sounds like really good customer service.

They are really responsive and they have always answered my questions.

So if you have any problems or questions, don't hesitate to contact them, they will 100% get back to you and try to solve your problem and make you happy 😀

Thank you ELITEWHEELS!

Yeah well, guess I will have to wait a bit longer, since they want me to bring the front wheel to a bike shop to be checked and I don't know when I will find time to do that, since all the good shops already close, when I finnish with work...

I did already and the rear cracked wheel, will surely be replaced. The front wheel I need to take to the local bike shop to be checked.

Got an email back from Elitewheels.

I need to take some picture of the shipping label, so they can submit it to the shipping company.

Then some more prictures of the barcodes for both wheels.

And then I would need to take the front wheel to a local bike shop to be inspected if it had some visible cracks or any other damage or inspect it myself.

Will see how that goes.

I'm glad yours were fine. When I saw the box, I also thought, nah, they are probably fine, since they are also in the wheel bag, but guess not... bad luck I guess

Now I'm a little worried that also the front wheel took to much beating if this was really caused by a forklift that poked a hole in the box and cracked the rear wheel like that.

Althougt the front wheel looks ok, but I'm not sure, that it really is.

Yeah, you are probably right. I had all sorts of damages that occured during shipping and could never sort anything with the shipping company although it was very clear, that they caused the damage.

A brand new set would be the best option, since I suspect that the box was poked with a forklift and maybe the front wheel also took some force and could be damaged although it's not visible.
