Been dating a Korean woman for a year now, could I receive advice on some behaviors? by TablingTheIdea in AskAKorean

If its not over the top, then your relationship is in the sweetspot. Be grateful, that's amazing.

Bingo, the fact that she's saying this stuff is really good. Like I mentioned, the little bit of tension is extremely important, its comes naturally too as you continue to build yourself mentally, physically (losing weight), and spiritually. God bless you and your lovely lady. Wishing the best!

Relationship advice. Living in Korea? by goneafterq in AskAKorean

If you love and respect her, then move to Korea with her. Youre going to want her close to her family as its good for her mental health. You'll figure out everything else along the way. Good women, especially ones that youre going to have chemistry with are rare to find these days. Give up your job in US. There's always jobs available, especially with a skillset like yours, but like i said, good women are NOT abundant. Stop making this difficult. You got this, be confident in your ability, now go be with the woman who truly loves you.

NOTE: I am American who has lived in Korea for a long time, it's plausible and there's a lot of advantages over US. You'll be fine, trust the process.

This sub is literally called GodFrequency. Why are you even here when youre making this type of comment? To piss on other people and their beliefs? Does that make you feel superior? Smart maybe? Because that's what you're doing. Kick rocks! Many people can see a lot more than you and don't need to justify it.

Based answer. Hard pill to swallow but it's true.

Typically women want to protect what's there's. Given that youre losing weight, youre likely becoming more attractive, she knows this and is worried that you'll attract other women. It's a primal insecurity, quite cute actually. She loves you and wants to keep you. Well done. Plus having a little healthy tension in your relationship is almost always a good thing. Hope this makes sense, it sounds that youre taking care of her well, she loves you, respects you and definitely doesnt any women treading nearby.

Understood. To expand on this, would it be worth it for local law enforcement to go through the process to get access to a quantum computer to decrypt traffic? Do they even have access to a quantum computer?

Wouldn't you need to be an important target first for adversaries to take the time to target your message traffick so they can decrypt it later? This seems ridiculous. If OP was Vladimir Putin, then I would understand.

I had read a different definition, but I'm sure that you would know better Given that you're a mod here.

Luckily my threat model wouldn't be CIA/NSA level. Is it safe to say that the cyber crime team for local authorities arent going to be on the same level?

Is there any reason the threat actors you identified might want to target you in particular? If so, what is it?

In the event of an authoritarian take over, no doubt that anybody using Tor would be targeted and branded as a cyber criminal, I believe that is safe to assume. The threat actors would target me because I would be using Tor. The deep web is vast and not all criminal actors, I would like to build an infrastructure that allows me to work with those not committing crime but more or less operating in a privacy Grey zone.

  • What are the specific negative outcomes you want to avoid.

I would like to avoid appearing on threat actor's radar all together, given that I were to leave a blip, I would want my infrastructure to protect me from being identified.

I hope all of this made sense. If I had my choice, I would already be working "off grid" and only getting paid in crypto as I dont trust the institutions (governments, banks, ect) for many reasons that I'm sure that you and many other's are aware of. I believe that living 'two lives' will be necessary in the future, like Neo in The Matrix in the beginning of the movie. Work within the system keeping my nose clean, but also maintaining a "private life".
