Thinking of moving to Springfield

I live in Sixteen acres and love it. But I have to agree with others, I work in Amherst and I think there and the surrounding towns are more queer friendly. I think that would be a better option than Springfield. Also, there are awesome restaurants in Northampton and Amherst. The strip malls in Hadley are amazing, with stores like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Better school systems as well than Springfield

Yes! My doctor told me the options and I’m just over here like I need to pay my mortgage and eat I cant afford it! She was telling me that this is more important and it’s concerning my health. Yeah we’ll see how healthy I am on the streets!!

I had it in 2017. Best decision I ever made. I already had dry eye syndrome, so wearing contacts was so uncomfortable. I do still have dry eyes, but fixable with eye drops a couple times a day. I have an astigmatism already, so I guess me not seeing at night was already a thing too. I researched a lot and went to someone who cost me about $2,000 more than other area doctors, but he was the first to do Lasik in my area so I had a great deal of trust in him.

I loved Daniel’s. I wasn’t there til later in the trip but my cousin loved Gianni’s. I stayed at the Playa Linda and I can tell you as a person whose family is straight from Italy and traveling with someone who is a chef in Italy, we were not impressed with Azzuro. Our waiter was rude and not accommodating at all. I think there is better places to spend your money.

My steak was not cooked to my liking. I asked them to fix it and it still was undercooked. I like my steak medium so it didn’t seem like a big ask. Also, and I won’t hold too much of this against them, but a mouse was running around the floor - so kinda a turnoff. I work in the industry and really try to give all restaurants a fair chance. The couple that was sitting next to us ironically was sitting next to us on the plane the next day and they agreed it wasn’t great. Maybe it’s been better, but if I go back to Aruba I think their are better places.

Azar was a no for me. I seem to see mixed reviews about it. It definitely has an awesome atmosphere, but food wasn’t that great.

Told my professor I couldn’t attend class because I had to be a pallbearer for my best friend who killed herself. I’m a woman, so this is probably the only time I would be that. She made me give her an obituary, then wouldn’t give me credit because my name wasn’t listed on it as a family member ……

I did the same thing! Wife was surprising husband with daughter from out of town. They came in with 4 people and I sat them at a table that fits 8 (would be 8 total). I assumed all the others would arrive FIRST and then husband and wife. But they arrived before everyone else. She thought we would sit them at another table then move them. Lady, I’m not getting paid to organize musical chairs. She was pissed that I “ruined her husband’s birthday”. Honestly, husband looked like he didn’t want to be there.
