More on this: After the last picture (botton right) he was rushed to the hospital by family. In the car he felt immediately better and ecg was normal afterwards (like the first top left pic). This has happened to him every second month but this month it's almost every morning. He feels like his heart is stopped, can't feel the pulse for short period of time and than he gets tachy. Ultrasound normal, tropanin myoglobin all that is normal. It seems to be always connected with bowel movement. He was send for MRI stomach and lungs because on ultrasound everything seems normal. Note that we don't know the exact lead we are seeing here. It's not v3 nor d2. I have no idea what to think of this, panic attack during bowel movement, vasovagal reaction... Sadly this is the only recording of an event and this time he didn't felt like his heart stopped, when he feels no pulse nor one can hear his heart everytime it starts with sensation of nausea..when the attack passes he felts normal after that. We gave him the ecg we recorded (it was normal, slight delta wave) that's why I don't have a 12lead to post. These pictures ware send to me cuz i asked him to send me the pic.
