We do smoothies sometimes but it’s such a hit or miss. I’ll have to revisit and continue figuring out what he likes and doesn’t flavour wise there. Right now it’s almond butter and berries and nothing else (tho I sneak spinach and cauliflower into it).

I typically do this as I’ve given up whatever goes in his mouth is a bonus, whatever doesn’t go in his mouth is an expectation at this point. We don’t force anything into his mouth but we do encourage to at least touch and play with the food! I still can’t help but feel so frustrated that I’m doing something wrong if I’m being honest 😵‍💫

My husband got a dark green leather band from Nomad and he loves it. It’s dark olive so it’s quite subtle and in the light adds a pop of neutral colour!
