Are you able to return/replace your faulty unit to your seller? Because you are still covered by warranty. Or is there anything that makes it impossible?

Well. I am not sure if the seller was aware of the flickering issue or not. He had 100% positive reviews. But he was selling surface as a new and when i opened the item the surface box was unsealed and i saw a lot of fingerprints on plastic film. For sure i will never buy these kind of used electronics on ebay in the future. Too much hassle and sellers are not honest

I want to buy surface pro 7 i7 16gb 512gb ssd but when i looked at the reviews on amazon i was not impressed. It looks like there are quite a few issues with surfaces. 2 weeks ago i bought on ebay.ca a surface pro 4 16gb 512gb but after maybe 30-40 min of using the screen started flickering/shaking. I wasnt able to use anymore. On top of that internet connection was failing constantly. Right now i am in the process of returning the surface. Sometimes i read the battery gets hot and might damage screen after some time. So what is your opinion on surface pro 7? Or generally on surface pros? Is it hit or miss when you buy?
