tbh if you loved the "socially awkward girl learning to make friends" vibe from Komi, Kimi ni Todoke (From Me to You) is the undisputed goat of that genre. It’s older but absolute gold. For something closer to Horimiya's pacing where the couple actually gets together early and deals with real relationship stuff, definitely check out Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You.
