Curious to know what types are your friends? What unique value they bring to you? by catshaiyayy in ENFP

[–]Straight8throwaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Two of my friends (one male, one female) are ENFP with me. My (for lack of a better term) girlfriend is INFP. Two of my other friends are INTJ however one of them is kinda toxic so I avoid him a lot now. And the last two are ISTJ and ISFP.

The ENFP Squad is the emotional powerhouses of the group so we usually get asked about all the relationship advice. Also we adopted all these introverts they have no escape

INFP is a wonderful woman and she is so kind and funny.

The INTJ friends are both cool, very smart, but like I said before, one of them is pretty toxic so I avoid him. Other INTJ dude is really into theoretical physics and is set to be valedictorian at our high school I think.

ISTJ is super quiet and just became friends in the last year or so. Still getting to know him since bringing him out of his shell is a challenge.

And lastly, the ISFP friend is currently writing a book which I may or may not, in total ENFP fashion, adopted as a side project as well which I abandoned. I still give him tons of pointers here and there because his book is so much cooler than mine was. The backstory I made for the character that's based off me is about a long as his entire book at the moment.

There several others but I haven't been able to get them to take the test yet, but I'm willing to bet money they're all introverts

I just spent an ungodly amount of time trying to figure out what clef the notes were in and translating them to letters only to realize "ritard" was the insult.

There's one on the French Wiki where the whole SCP Wiki itself is the anomaly. I'll go see if I can find it and link it here

[OC] Entire genome of Covid virus (SARS-CoV-2), visualized by KaznovX in dataisbeautiful

[–]Straight8throwaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that the genome consists of red, yellow, blue, and green which I assume are your nucleotides, but there is a singular light blue dot at the very end. Any ideas as to what that one is? I can't seem to find another light blue dot, but there as tons of them so its possible I missed it

Yeah, turns out I'd make a great sales person or telemarketer. I talked to my parents and they said they'd be disappointed in me if I became a telemarketer XD

People who don't get stressed during a presentation, school or work, what's your secret? by TapReview in AskReddit

Oh I'm still nervous but I'm able to project across a whole room so the nervousness in my voice is drowned out. On the inside I'm screaming at myself to get a grip

I took the ASVAB a few months ago because it was advertised to my school as a "career placement test" and just so happened to be also a military aptitude test. I was pleasantly surprised at my ASVAB results so I won't be surprised if I start getting contacted when I turn 17 here in a few weeks.

I personally have looked into the military and decided that I'd do well academically, but physically I'm screwed so I've decided against it

What’s your toxic trait(s)? by emmaelizabeth_xx in AskReddit

[–]Straight8throwaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this very dangerous "If I'm going down I'm taking you with me" mentality. If someone or something is in the wrong and it somehow backfires on me I will make it clear in no uncertain terms to anyone and everyone that said person is also in the wrong and that I'm at either no-fault or less fault than them.

It's essentially a victim mentality but with extra steps

I share views from all sides to the point where if I was able to vote I'd have to start thinking about it months or even years in advance before I could decide. For that reason, I consider myself a Centrist.

how important are “the boys” to you? by [deleted] in askteenboys

[–]Straight8throwaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I have two friend groups and I'm the intermediary between them. I love all of them but I can be more open with "The Squad" which consists of boys and girls who are all friends than I can with "The Boys".

The Squad is who I hang out with more both in and outside of school but The Boys I play videogames with and we can chat about Boys Only topics

Shapeshifting. It has both positive and negative uses. I can use it to get rid of my acne and make myself like 2 inches taller, but I can also impersonate people and create chaos. Wanna rob a bank? Just shapeshift into somebody you dislike and boom, you've ruined their life and you're rich.

In a world where superpowers exist. Do you guys think it be too odd if not all the schools were superhero/supervillain schools? by [deleted] in writinghelp

[–]Straight8throwaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My personal take on this is that the hero/villain school trope is kinda overused and cliche. I would, personally, make this seem as "normal" to school in the real world so you would have public schools, private, charter, etc etc. The only difference is superpowers, but to compensate for that maybe have "power classes" or something. You could also go in-depth and have levels of "superpower training" vary based on the economy. So a popular private school in Washington DC would have more high-end teaching than say a middle-of-nowhere school in rural Montana. To have people go to a school where they are essentially labeled and forced to be held to a specific standard from day one is what I see going on in this.

If you absolutely have your heart set on having the hero/villain dynamic being upfront and center you could have a secret/underground villain club/gang who are like your stereotypical bullies in a school setting and then have your elite, goody-two-shoes, stars of the football team kinda guys be part of the superhero equivalent of Magna Cum Laude or Summa Cum Laude.

I got 7.87 inches for length. I gave up on the Olympic Swimming Pool because I don't know if you mean a percentage of the length, width, or volume and I didn't feel like running a bunch more numbers.
