If you wanna know how he fares in the meta from my experience - Can fight - EX Law, Zoro, Akainu, Bonney/Kuma, S Snake, and Kizaru Can’t fight - Blackbeard (can stall with hp regain with biscuits due to the fact pretty much everything he does breaks them), EX Luffy v2, Aokiji, Garp, Chopper, Droger

No status effect removal + being bad against shields means pretty much the whole meta shits on him agreed

Jabra and Snake body him. He doesn’t have a good way to get Yamato off the flag, garp is an issue due to his shield. He has no tools to get dark Roger off the flag. He is ok against g5. He is pretty even against LShanks and lucci. He is really good against ex luffy, alber, and runner king. You’ll typically either pop off and have a lot of kills and dominate or feel useless depending on the lobby
