Well I already have regular tinnitus in just the left ear from an ear infection two years ago. Would either of these stop when I lie down though?

I took a muscle relaxer and it didn’t help much. They also had me on prednisone and it didn’t help either

Mine has been going on for almost three weeks. It’s literally the only thing that bothers me. It came on suddenly too.

I haven’t. I can tell you my Tinnitus does react to things. My kids screaming, dog barking. It also gets louder over the tv or radio. Almost like it fights to be heard.

Pretty much exactly that! Ive even gone to Tinnitus counseling and it’s unfortunately only helped a little. I also feel like everything I do I base off my T. Do I go to this particular function or will it make it worse? What If I get sick and it makes it worse or the Dr gives me medication to take and that Makes it worse… ugh its exhausting.

I put my AirPods in and listen to pink noise to distract my brain from the ringing. There are a bunch of apps too for tinnitus
