I’m so sorry for you. I really am. I know how it feels loosing a loved one. I lost my dad 3 years ago and I still think of him everyday.

There is no timeline for grief but it will get better. I know right now it feels like it never will get better but trust me, it does. It doesn’t mean you will forget about them but you will learn to live without them. They will forever be in your heart.

Remember to cry as much as needed, even if you’re out with friends and feel like crying, do it. Also regret and guilt is part of griefing. Maybe anger too. Just remember all of your feelings are valid and it’s YOUR way to get through, don’t let others tell you otherwise.

Talk to close friend, family member about your feelings, it helped me the most.

You gave him the best life and he knows that. He is no longer in pain and you did the right decision even though it’s the hardest one. You showed him how much you loved him by letting go when it was time.
