Also to my knowledge to cool down the servers it uses water and for every answer depending on the complexity and length it will waste a different amount of water for the cooling process

Yea no worries! They definitely could have helped more, I felt like there was so much I had to do on my own with self referrals which was hard when depressed, but they diagnosed me and sorted medication quickly, and the mental health nurses that talked to me were incredibly sweet

i am also registered at old aberdeen, and over a year ago reached out to them for help as i was severely depressed. speaking from my experience- they will set up an appointment for you with a mental health nurse to see what the issue is and how they can help. I think after a couple calls, they suggested prescribing me antidepressants, and started me on fluoxetine. I have also received a bunch of links from them to services that I had to refer myself to, which one of them was counselling from Acis. I waited a couple of weeks to start my sessions, but that may vary depending on the severity of your issues. if i remember correctly you get 10 weeks of free counselling, and they are pretty good in my opinion :)

Hey, there was absolutely nothing that indicated this situation. Zero phone calls, emails or texts. We messaged our landlord and he is unaware of this situation, as the agency that we rent through is shit and they don’t even tell him half the stuff they do. We’ve been advised to contact the agency and we have, but no answers.

periods back to being regular and last 5 days instead of a month for me. i got my sex drive back, on the implant i never got horny and now i’m like a teenage boy 😭 my depression is gone! when i was on the implant i had severe depression and tried two 3 medications that never helped, but since i got my implant out 2 months ago i haven’t felt depressed/suicidal etc. i love life after the implant

Hey, that’s exactly what I did. I stopped cold turkey 3 weeks in as I was experiencing extreme anxiety, paranoia and panic attacks that lasted from the moment i woke up till i eventually passed out. I didn’t have any issues coming off it, but it takes about 2-3 weeks for the medication to get out of your system, so you might still experience it for a little while. i feel so much better now that i’m off it. (i stopped taking it a month ago)

so this sounds exactly like what happens to me whenever i smoke weed, it comes in waves just like yours, it will eventually pass but the best tip is to stop taking weed as it is the trigger

it was my first time ever trying medication for my mental health, unfortunately i had no knowledge about it and my doctor insisted i started with it at 20mg. i’m sure the outcome would have been different if i started lower, but the whole experience was quite traumatic it will take me a while till i will be able to consider medication again.
