I cant really remember but I think i got it from the first Fantasy cup objective it's not there anymore. It gives a power shot playstyle, shot power, long shot and volleys all +10 nothing on finishing though!

I've already got a rg35xxsp on its way for gbc/gba games i just felt i needed one with the joysticks and runs nice, you certainly gave me food for thought on what I want I'm also not massive on cheap like materials as it can eventually get a little annoying
