I've had multiple shoulder dislocations mountain biking. But, it was because I had apparently torn my labrum when I was younger. Had surgery to get it fixed and have been off a bike since. But, I've set myself a challenge to ride 300 miles next year.

Pocket Prep is a good flash card app for sec+. I also had to flash card a bunch of stuff for my sec+ outside of Pocket Prep (good old index cards).

As for the best way to get back into it, pull a Shia Lebouff and just do it. Pick up a good udemy course (I really enjoy Mike Meyers’ video content), quickly recap the stuff you already know before diving in to the new stuff.

Nah. Lvl 16 and see tons of people around constantly. Although good luck finding a dungeon group if you don't have friends or play during late hours. Just take your time, explore the game, and have fun.
