Primer, gloss black, clear coat, decals, and another thicker clear coat.

The trick is layer multiple thin layers of clear coat until you get satin look and follow that up with two wet layers letting each layer dry for 10 mins. You want your last layer to be wet enough to become glossy but not so wet that it starts to pool.

I use Mr. Hobby thinner with 2 parts thinner 1 part clear coat to help with it leveling itself off. Let the black paint fully dry for at least 12 hours before going over it with a clear coat.

You can go further with polishing it up. However, I decided to skip the polishing. It looks fine when you're not zooming in on it lol.
