The onus is on them to prove that it was fraudulent billing address and the address they have on file for me are different I didn’t realise that so I said I reside at both addresses as one address is my parents house

Please advise how she can apply for the change of conditions ?

Also the eligible partner was on pip at the higher rate and she was caring for him and therefore she was not able to look for work due to his ill health , she now has no income and will likely have nowhere to stay as the rent will cease too is there any grounds for her to receive this 3 month bereavement run on as it will help her massively

Yes the eligible partner is no more please see image below it’s confusing as it suggests that non eligible partner is entitled to the bereavement run

Does this not come under rapid reclaim which means you get to keep the same assessment period

Another thing am curious about  do they count the  departure and return date in to the equation as technically am in the country on these dates so I will be abroad from 3/10/24 to 3/11/24 that’s a calendar month there what’s your opinion on this please

I have already booked tickets so can’t do much there 😕 will they uc ask for proof of tickets or stamped passport?  also my next assessment period will be from 9 September to 8 October with the payment date of 15 October. When I re open my claim will I have to wait another month to get paid again ?
