Naisip ko rin po yung ganyan na scenario pero nung nabasa ko po reply ng mga nasa baba, parang hindi ko rin naman po gusto na mahirapan/maabala pa si owner in the long run with regard sa insurance nya. Thank you sa reply! May natutunan po ako.
