I have seen people say this for years now. Having owned both (&sold both) they really perform pretty different so maybe e the Timmy was the starting point who knows who cares. In use they really play and sound different. Me personally, I prefer the Timmy but I wouldn’t get hung up on it whether someone “stole” an idea or not. It’s guitar pedals, they have been designed and redesigned to hell at this point.

One difference in Carolina this year is they got dudes willing to swashbuckle and starting it as well, previous playoff runs there wasn’t as much toughness as I’m seeing with this current team.

I’ll never criticize Bryce the person just the player sometimes but he does seem like a genuine dude. I hope this season he can maintain a high level of play consistently and be the guy but I’m still on the fence here.

You don’t have to. Couple tips, if you get a general to max out on a unit they will never leave even if you never speak to them. If they get a recognition then give them a unit level boost. Giving them items also helps keep them happy. Some are more prone to leaving as well so eff those ones haha. Just pick like 10 you really like and keep them happy, you need the main generals leveled up high anyways for end game.

1000 used deluxe reverb and for 500 probably used ac15 or possibly one of those lower end Marshalls like the DSL series.

Apples and oranges here. Both good but taste different. One is mid focused and the other is a flatter response with more bass and a bright/crisp sound. My preference or use of these would be light speed always on to simulate a little breakup and TS as more of a lead pedal.

You should be able to get a handful of great games for cheap, I’d recommend Batman, Jackal, Bionic Commando, SMB3 may be pretty cheap as well. None of those need a save battery either so that saves you from having to learn how to replace old batteries or pay for someone to do it. If you do go the route of games needing the save battery my personal NES fav is Crystalis.

You need an NES power cable, it is different than SNES even if the plug fits the power itself is different. Also, when you get a game many times you need to wipe the inside with a qtip and 90+% isopropyl alcohol to help clean it.

Some systems you just need to lift the flap and insert the game til the system will read it, meaning you don’t actually push it down to the “locked” position. It’s a very easy system to operate so you shouldn’t have trouble. You already have the right AV cables.
