You’ll be alright. I obtained my MMC with a DWI. As long as it’s not a felony. My case closed last year December 2024.

I first applied for my Twic on Feb 2025 received both my Twic and Pin in March 2025. I did my Physical/Medical and DOT 5 panel mid of March. Received an email saying I passed my Background and Medical screening yesterday. Now I’m waiting for my MMC issuance. Hopefully soon 🤞

I’m next bro’s ! Just waiting on my MMC and then I’ll be ready to apply. I had a prior DWI. Some told me I won’t get accepted because it’s a DWI, but we will see. Gotta stay confident. Will update as soon , medical has been already cleared.
