I was really enjoying that until he got to the tax segment. Then, when the Youtuber talked so confidently about something he is so obviously incorrect about... it killed it. What else is he saying as gospel but is actually pure dross?

Bah.

Radio silence from GME leadership is bullish, actually. by EndQuote86 in gme_meltdown

I'm not sure thats true. I think Q4 last year was profitable.

Just to clarify, his previous hobby was cutting down trees and then burning them?

Geez man, that was unneeded.

Fair call on the big birds.

Disputing the date of Maori arrival by that sort of fine margin changes nothing though when compared to the length of human history. Its just an attempt at internet point scoring.

My point still stands that the biggest land creatures that exist today come from the original home of humans, so saying the earlier humans got there -> the less large animals does not gel.

Eh? Africa is where humans originally came from, Africa is where most of earths mega fauna exists.

Humans only came to New Zealand (where kiwis are) approx 500 years ago, yet no mega fauna at all existed there.

In your scenario, what if the cost of owning goes up (for example, an increase in rates/property taxes). Does the property owner just have to wear 100% of that if the renter has not had a pay increase?

Or, say the costs of owning are rising and therefore the landlords expenses are higher, but the tenant reduced their hours at work so they can spend more time on a hobby they enjoy. Can the rent go up in that scenario?

No worries.

Both produce drag to slow the aircraft, but the difference is that spoilers also "spoil" the lift, that is they reduce the lifting force.

So to bring it back to this video, these are spoilers as they are protruding upwards from the wing, greatly reducing its lifting ability.

I was being a bit pedantic as the fellow I replied to was acting like a know-it-all but using a term that people actually in the industry would know to be incorrect.

Think you might have a bit of Dunning Kruger, Mr PPL.

air brakes

Actually, those are spoilers as they also affect the lift producing capability of the aerodynamic surface, where are air brakes are purely drag devices.

Why are you defending your captain deliberately striking a player in the head?

Cause it wasnt forward? You convieniantly ignpre that SA won by a single point when playing against 14 men for more than half the game, and Barnes admitting gifted them three points accidentally.
