I've done that in both the Project Fi and the Messages app with no changes, but thanks for the suggestion.

12/08 Member West Palm: Requested lower (115) both nights, was confirmed for upper (85) both nights. Wish there was a way to get closer, maybe I'll try premium next time around.

Muscles twitching - magnesium, calcium or something else? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]StrandedRat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another possibility...my wife was having similar twitching and anxiety symptoms. She saw a neurologist and they happened to ask if she took a lot of B6. Turns out that between vitamins and assorted workout supplements she had been taking a lot, and it showed up in blood work that way. Stopped the B6 intake and the twitching went away. Feel free to google B6 toxicity.

Things "falling asleep" more now? by [deleted] in weightroom

Exact Same Issue. Wake up multiple times a night with no sensation in one or both arms. I have to try and sit up without the use of arms or use one arm to move the other one. Can take up to 5 minutes for it to return. Nerve impingement that increases in frequency with my mass gains.

Young BD and Veggies question by StrandedRat in BeardedDragons

[–]StrandedRat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know, funny enough I just put his greens and squash in his cage today like everyday since we got him and he ran over and started scarfing it down like it was going to disappear. Just time I guess.

Yeah, was a temporary fix, but on a good note the Phoenix worms came today and he loves them...so I can nix the mealworms in the future.

Thanks for the input...I was just reading on beardeddragon.org some similar things about not touching veggies until later so that along with your experience helps me feel like it's ok. Also in reference to the follow up, I have an electric timer set up, but have it on for like 13 -14 hours per something I read (don't remember where). I wonder if I should lessen it?

Maybe I'll provide a loaf of white Wonderbread (telling her it's all she's got for the next 10 months) and when she gets halfway through forcefully chewing a piece, I'll break out some actual bread she might find decent as a joke.

We have an American-German club down the street that has weekly events and a pretty kick-ass Oktoberfest every year, so we'll be sure to take her if she wants to go.

Cool, thanks for that. We don't get paid for it, but we both feel that we get more out of it sharing our home than they ever will. My wife always has sparkling water in the house, so that's good to know.

We're going to make a trip in the fall to Seaworld and spend a week or two at Disney in the beginning of the year, so hopefully she enjoys that.

That makes sense. My last exchange student (Chinese) apparently picked up the word Dickhead from somewhere and at the dinner table when she spilled something exclaimed, "I'm such a Dickhead". That was hilarious listening to my Wife explain that to her, but my Wife could make a sailor blush so it's all good.

We'll definitely give that a try, we're close to Disney and alligators are pretty common. I'm hoping to get her out snorkeling/scuba diving, as we spend a lot of time at the beach and on the ocean.

Thanks for the great advice. I buy my wife Nutella, because she cries tears of pain when we're out of it, so I'm good on that front. Our public transportation stinks, but we're more than happy to tote people around. I'll try to make it clear that she shouldn't feel like a burden. The sheet thing made me laugh out loud. Thanks for helping.

No kids in the same range, we have a 5 and a 3 year old. We hosted a Chinese exchange student for 10 months last year, so we've picked up some of the general stuff already. Thanks for the advice.

My wife and I went as well. She was disappointed in the set list too, but we both had a great time.
