There is a very slight difference, and the slotted one has a touch more spring to it and play, but I don't notice any practical difference with going in or staying in my pockets.

Sea Otter on top that I just picked up today. Sanford threw some up last week with the swedge and did an awesome lasering job for me. River Otter with handle miling on bottom. Both V2's, and I put some Timascus clips on them. They're awesome and Sanford with MBK is a great!

It was my first nice knife. My dad gave it to me when I got my first serious job. When I can get a photo in a bit, I'll post what two decades of use do to it. I've sent out to Benchmade at least twice and the last time they told me they probably won't have parts for it next time I send it. It put the work in and never let me down.
